Pension funds
We act for a number of pension funds. We provide a full accounting and auditing service and have full knowledge of the technical and reporting requirements in connection with these. We will assist clients in their relationship with the Pensions Regulator.
Defined Benefit Pension Schemes (final salary schemes) require an audit and we are well experienced in dealing with this and we understand the requirements for Schemes in Wind Up and transfer to the Pensions Regulator.
Company small self administered pension schemes rarely require an audit, but are required to produce Financial Statements (Accounts). These accounts are required to be in a particular format and we can prepare these accounts for the scheme.
Pension Scheme Financial Statements do not disclose pension liabilities to pensioners. This is left to the actuarial statement (triennial).
Companies are required to produce financial information under FRS17, with which we can assist.
