Tim O’Keefe FCA – Managing Director

Tim is ultimately responsible for the timeliness and quality of the delivery of services to clients, and to seeing that the highest standards of work commensurate to the activity are attained in all areas of the firm’s practice. Tim’s role is also to coordinate the delivery of the firm’s services through client managers and to provide additional services such as business strategy consulting and added value services.

 Roger Harding ATT – Director of Taxation Services

Roger has been the tax manager at Acklands since May 2006.  He has worked in tax for over 20 years initially with Inland Revenue.  He moved into practice just over 10 years ago with a large international firm gaining substantial experience within the personal tax department. 
He then joined a smaller firm working mostly in Company and business tax matters before joining Acklands.  Roger has extensive knowledge of Capital Taxes and wide experience of all personal and corporation tax matters.  He enjoys meeting clients to plan and discuss their tax affairs. 

Resident in South Wales, Roger is a keen golfer and member of Caerphilly Golf Club.  His wife is an accountant and he has two children. 

Martyn Newton – Manager of Accounting and Business Services

Martyn joined the firm in 2001 as a practice manager in our accounts department.  

Martyn spends most of his time working with our commercial clients helping them to maximise their profits and keep more of what they earn.Martyn also enjoys meeting with clients, discussing their businesses and helping them to achieve their objectives.Away from work Martyn enjoys spending time with his family, socialising, football (mainly as a spectator these days) and DIY.

Keith Williams - Manager

Having joined the firm in 1986 and as the longest serving member of the team, Keith is known to many of our clients.Keith is a manager in our accounts and audit departments and specialises in advising on VAT and regulatory compliance for our charity and pensions clients.In his spare time, Keith is a keen ornithologist and photographer and also enjoys classical music.
